Shipping to Bermuda

The print traffic manager will contact all filmmakers and/or distributors to provide you with detailed instructions on the preferred method of shipping film prints and tapes to Bermuda should your film be selected to screen at BIFF.

Key Points

Please ship your print/tape by courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL) to arrive in Bermuda by 1st March. DO NOT SEND POST. Let us know as soon as possible if it cannot be here on that date!

We would ask that you use UPS, if possible.

Your print/tape will be inspected by HM Customs upon entry to Bermuda and, to avoid any unnecessary delays - IMPORTANT - please download, print on your letterhead, complete the commercial invoice and attach 3 copies which must be included with the shipment.

We can use the following formats:

• 35mm Film
• Digital Cinema Projection
• Blu-RAY
• HD-Cam
• DigitBeta

If you can not ship on of these three formats, please let us know immediately.
