Film guide
We are proud to be screening over 80 carefully selected feature-length and short films for your viewing pleasure at BIFF 2012. The programme comprises of six categories: World Cinema, Bermuda Shorts, Masterworks, Modern Masters, After Hours, and, especially for our young audience, BIFF Kids. All this, plus our usual powerhouse presentations on our opening and closing nights will ensure we we unwrap and wrap the proceedings with panache.
The 2012 programme, which is notably scaled down in comparison to prior years, will be shown mainly at Libery Theatre, with two special presentations at BUEI, however there has been no compromise on quality. We have brought a diverse selection of films to inspire and engage.
We will however, be screening an increased selection of short films in 2012 due to the volume and quality of competition submissions recieved. Accommodating the Academy's requirements, the Bermuda Shorts will stand as an epic showcase of this wonderful storytelling form - to the point the compelling.
