BIFF Kids History

The first BIFF Kids festival was held in 2004 at the 148-seat Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute theatre, and brought quality international children’s films to Bermuda for one weekend. We screened 22 short and feature length films, including a short film made by local youngsters at a film production workshop held the weekend prior to the festival.

Thirty-five films from 16 countries screened at BIFF Kids 2008, including seven films made by local youngsters in our summer film production workshops. More than 750 students attended films as part of our School Screening Series.
