Lana’s love for acting was born in Bermuda. She moved from country to country and finally to Los Angeles after having trained at the Arts Educational School in London where she received her Masters in Acting. Her past performances have included an adaptation of Checkov’s “The Lady With The Pet Dog” in Boston at the Leland Theatre, Phyllis in Bernard Shaw’s “The Philanderer”, Lady ‘you know who’ in that Scottish Play by Shakespeare, Lona Hessel in an adaptation of Iben’s “Pillars of The Community”, all in London and “The Graduate” at the New Vic. Her on-camera credits include a co-star role on Zoey 101, several commercials and as leading lady in Lucinda Spurling’s award winning docu-drama “The Lion and The Mouse”. Lana most recently appeared as the lead in Leslie Ayvazian’s “Lovely Day” at the Luna Playhouse in Los Angeles and in a supporting role with Ewan McGregor and Christopher Plummer in the independent film “Beginners”. She now resides in Charlottesville Virginia where she is the Founder and Managing Director of the Hollywood Theatre Lab. She’s thrilled to be coming home to teach young Bermudians life skills through acting.

KARA SMITH
Kara is working toward a Masters degree in Screenwriting at Westminster University (Westminster Film School) in London. Her work has been short-listed in competition in L.A., California and she is currently working as a script reader for a production and script consulting company in London.

Karli Powell is a filmmaker/director with a strong emphasis in post-production and editing. She completed her undergraduate degree in film and video production, in addition to getting a BSc in Entertainment Business. She is currently enrolled in a Masters programme in film and television theory at the Westminster University in London. Karli has worked in film and television production at Bermuda Government CITV, Bermuda Broadcasting Co., Panatel VDS Ltd and Fresh Creations.
ANDREW STONEHAM Andrew Stoneham is a graduate of Full Sail University's film program were he received his bachelors in Filmmaking. He has a passion for writing, and seeks to pursue a career as a professional screenwriter. Andrew has written a number of screenplays which have been made into short films, one of which has gone on to win two audience choice awards at film festivals. Andrew has also had his own original short stage play put on by both the Bermuda Musical Dramatic Society, and the Producers Club Theatres in New York City.
ERIK GOULET Erik H. Goulet has been active in the film industry since 1990. After studying Stop Motion animation at Concordia University in Montreal, he worked for several production houses before joining the Softimage team in 1998 as a 3D product specialist. His love for Stop Motion animation brought him back to Concordia as a teacher while producing his own animated short films. More recently he spearheaded the creation of a new film festival dedicated exclusively to this technique.
